Goals |
At PASA, our goals are to:
- Generate broad, visible public support for a vigorous space movement.
- Encourage private enterprise efforts in space research and
development,
invigorating the economy with the benefits which result. - Support educational efforts related to space research and development.
- Create opportunities for public involvement in space development and research.
Members of PASA believe that the best ways to be sure we
can
solve our problems on Earth are: to develop cheap sources of solar
power instead of using fossil fuels; mine the asteroids instead of the
Earth; take our manufacturing processes to the Moon and beyond
instead of polluting the Earth; and provide new living spaces for humanity.
We believe that the government-funded Space Program should evolve
into a free-economy-funded Space Movement.
Human destiny is too important to be left to governments alone.
